title = "A pattern-based enrichment of wikidata from open data using OD2WD",
abstract = "The proliferation of open data portals generates a vast amount of data, especially in tabular forms [1]. However, such forms (e.g., CSV) lack semantic richness and interlinks among data. According to the 5-star data rating scheme by Berners-Lee [2], open data that is available in CSV format is regarded as 3-star data. In order to turn it into 5-star data, the data has to be made available using Resource Description Framework (RDF) [3] and linked to other data sources. Wikidata [4] is a prime example of a 5-star open data provider: the data in Wikidata is in RDF and linked to various other data sources.",
