The advantages of NMR Spectrometer is the ability for non-destructive analysis of the sample (solid and liquid sample) and its also a primary quantitative method allowing the determination of concentration of molecules even in complex mixtures.
    NMR Spectrometer- Bruker Avance Neo 500 MHz with a high resolution 500 MHz have a specification : auto sample changer, equipped with a liquid Nitrogen cooled cryoprobe for greater sensitivity.
    This spectrometer is suited for the measurement with a deuterium solvent including :
    - 1D : 1H, 13C, DEPT 135
    - 2D : COSY, HSQC, HMQC
