    NMR Spectrometer can be used to study the structure of molecules, molecular interactions, kinetics or molecular dynamics, and the composition of biological mixture, synthesized solution, or composite. The advantages of NMR Spectrometer is the ability for non-destructive analysis of the sample (solid and liquid sample) and its also a primary quantitative method allowing the determination of concentration of molecules even in complex mixtures.
    NMR Spectrometer- Bruker Avance Neo 500 MHz with a high resolution 500 MHz have a specification : auto sample changer, equipped with a liquid Nitrogen cooled cryoprobe for greater sensitivity.
    This spectrometer is suited for the measurement with a deuterium solvent including :
    - 1D : 1H, 13C, DEPT 135
    - 2D : COSY, HSQC, HMQC
